I was not born in a selected country, can I still apply?

If either of your parents were born in a selected country, but were temporary residents without permanent status registered in your country of birth, then you may apply. This is termed “pulling nativity”.

If you do not qualify through nativity, your spouse may be able to apply. You can receive a Green Card, together with all children under the age of 21 through marriage.
